[duxuser] am I missing something?

Someone sent me a Word document and they used the header style within body
text. Naturally, Dux won't see it. I tried highlighting the entire document
and changing all styles to body text, but the header was still there. I ended
up saving the doc as html and importing that into dux. It's a really long doc.
