Are all the cables securely in place? Is the embosser powered on, and does it speak when powered on as a Blazer normally does. Is the data connection from your computer to embosser Parallel or Serial? In DBT's Global: Embosser Setup, is the Blazer selected (Highlighted) Is it pointing to the correct Port? LPT# if parallel, COM# if Serial. George.
