In choosing the symbols to use for analogies as well as many other things, keep in mind that most braille readers will be unfamiliar with them. Be sure your text includes transcriber's notes describing the symobls, their use, and, if possible, examples. The clueless reader may not be able to ask for help especially if there is no one to ask as is the case in most main stream settings. The common sense rule is to keep things simple and consistent, even if the choices do not comply perfectly with UEB or one of the math codes.
