In Word, you can use colons or the UEB characters.
Ratio U+2236
Proportion U+2237
up : down :: in : out
up ∶ down ∷ in ∶ out
In Word, type two colons, and they automatically convert to the proportion
character.
I’m not sure if the proportion character works in older versions of DBT. If
necessary, press Ctrl-Z to undo and convert back to the two colons.

Subject: [duxuser] analogy symbols
Good morning!
What is the easiest way to do the analogy symbols in SWIFT or in DBT? This is
for words, not math. Example:
up : down :: in : out
Thanks,
