Hi Catherine,

Let us know if you can't find a specific manual - we have sources!

As regards the Everest Manuals, for the talking Index embosser WITHOUT
the USB & RJ45 network connections, go to
http://www.braille.se/servicesupport/support_version2.htm.

You are right about the Version III models, and I've dropped Index a
line about this. Goodness knows what has happened, but I'm sure they'll
be back up on their web site next week.

Let me know if you need one sooner.

George.

That's true, Sandy. One of the first things to disappear at any agency
is the manual, especially to something that has been around for more
than six months.
In addition, recently, most of the manuals for older embossers and other
products have disappeared from the manufacturer and supplier websites.
In fact, this is true even of the new manuals. I recently tried to find
a printable manual for an Everest less than a year old. No luck.
As Steve says, what would you have us do?
Catherine
