Hi,

I get the squares when my computer thinks I saved a document as a spread sheet
before opening in a translation program. I've never been able to figure out why
it thinks I'm using a spread sheet. Hope this helps.

Sandra

Sorry Jan, not a clue. Only thought is that your ink printer went out
to lunch.

Thanks. Any thoughts on where the fonts went?

        Hi Jan,

Run the zip file, and it will work just like the CD install after that.
Defaults will be c:\duxbury for programs, and c:\dbtdocs for data files.
Change those if you need to to match your existing set up.

I am upgraded to 10.4. I imported a word document two weeks ago coded
and translated the file fine.

Last night I imported a Word document and all I saw was square boxes.
When I go to global and fonts the only fonts I see are bookshelf 2 and
webdings????? Which are all those boxes and symbol fonts. What happened?
Where did my fonts go.

Thinking that I needed to reinstall I reinstalled my version 10.3 then
downloaded the upgrade. I have a zip file of the upgrade on my desktop and
don't know what to do with it from there. Where do I unzip it to? I have my
password so that is not a problem.
Hope someone on the list has an answer for me.
        Thanks.
