[duxuser] Re: Tiger.ini file missing?

I just got the same message today. It happened with Duxbury but it only
occurred when we installed the TSS latest update. I can't braille anything
and
am really upset since most of what I do is in Dux. I don't think it is a Dux
problem, I think it is a View Plus problem. It only happened when we upgraded
(that'll teach us to get the newest stuff :)
