Do you use the swift add on for word? If not I’d suggest adding it. Then you
have a couple of options I’m familiar with, both require you to be on the
braille tab while in word
1) look across the top and find the box with a TN in it, click on that and it
starts the note, when done go back to the same box and click the red x
Or
2) again across the top find where it says DBT codes, scroll way down the list,
find transcribers note open code, choose it, make your more amd return to the
list. Find the TN close code.
