Hi Carmela,

Can you enlighten me a little further please?

Are you doing 6 key entry into a Print or Braille document?

If you 6 key into a Print document, the space stripping rules will
apply. That is, two or more spaces will be replaced by one space.

If you six key into a Braille Document, spaces will be retained.

When you create a new file, you have two radio buttons which let's you
make the choice.

        Thank you, George.

I am Writing a 40 pages document by using the 6-key Eentry. And as you
can see the problem is very timeconsuming to check almost every lines
and put in the second space.
