I believe the really challenging part of what we do is to convince restaurant
owner/operators of the need. I have come across many who are in agreement of
the need, until you begin talking of the money that will come out of their

My menu business at Braille Enterprises has definitely decreased. However I
believe that at some point not too far in the future the business will slowly
return. Hopefully the restaurants will continue to see the value.

have survived this economic disaster? My clientele started dropping off before
