Hi Emilia,
I would hazard a guess that the Braille and Simbraille fonts have not installed
with Perky Duck.
This can happen for security reasons if Perky is not installed by an
administrator.

Subject: [duxuser] Printing dotty braille from Perky Duck
Hi all,
Can anyone advise why I can print flat dotty braille from Perky Duck, but when
my colleague tries from her computer, she gets the print font of the braille,
which looks like nonsense?
The only difference between the computers is that mine has Duxbury installed
and hers does not. Is this the cause of the braille not printing as a braille
font?
Thanks,
