Learning how to use all the options in OneDrive is complex. For example
OneDrive supports several different types of files including Online Only and
Always Available. It also has an AutoSave feature with several different
options. I'm still trying to understand it all myself. Hopefully your
colleague can get help from a OneDrive expert. It may be that the problem is
the result of using the wrong options and not directly related to DBT.
