Further research shows a company in India “Advanced Engineering Works” has a
product “Braille Spur Wheel”. Again I found this through a web search.

Amazon.com lists a spur wheel tool for something like $125. I have never used
the device so this may or may not be what you are seeking …
Apparently, they also use spur wheels in beekeeping as majority of the ad
titles on Amazon.com mention beekeeping.
