Hi.
I am a skilled reader of hebrew Braille and have transcribed it using DBT.
The file that was sent to me for transcription had already been translated
using a hebrew keyboard and translator.
I will ask my colleague how he did it.
The quality of the hebrew, which also had english within it, was extremely
good and readable.
