[duxuser] Juliet problem

We are having trouble with our Juliet embosser. We can't get it to do
doublesided documents.
We recently upgraded to Duxbury 10.3, and we are using a new computer and
Windows 98.
I have reset the factory defaults.
when we tried to use double sided today, all worked well apart from the fact
that no "gap" was left between pages 2 and 3.
Previously, we have had just a couple of lines on page 2.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
