[duxuser] Help Needed

Hello Every Body,
I am using DBT 10.7 for Braille translation. I have a text file (with .txt extension) which contains three lac plus words, each word starts with backslash (\) then followed by double quotes and a word e.g
\"hello
Now the problem I am facing is when i import/open a text file (.txt), it automatically removes the backslashes from each word. Is that some thing I am doing wrong or its some thing else?
Any kind of help is appreciated. Thanks,
