Hi Sue
Have you looked at your Duxbury printer settings? It sounds like you may not
have the correct printer selected.
If you go into either Global or Document at the top of the Duxbury screen and
then click Printer Setup, you will get a box which contains buttons to click
along the bottom of the box. The one on the bottom right side is Printer.
Click on the Printer button and make sure that the appropriate ink printer is
selected and that should do it for you.
Then, when you are in your translated (dot) file, when you select File and
Print (or Ctrl-P), you should get the print representation of your dots.
I have been using 12.2 and not found this to be an issue.
Hoping it is just this simple (but the fact that you're able to print print
characters is a bit confusing).
All the best of luck to you

Subject: [duxuser] Duxbury 12.2 Printing print but not dots
Hi all,
I'm hoping someone can help me.
We had Duxbury upgraded today to 12.2 all went well, however,
We found that we can emboss documents, print to our ink printer, the Duxbury
print document but not the Duxbury braille document. Is there a setting I am
missing?
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
Kind regards,
Sue Grech
