Debbie,
Very helpful. As it happens, I don’t need the reference page number at all, so
this works well for me.
Many thanks,
David.

David,
I assume you are trying to have the braille page number in the upper right. I
probably should have mentioned that if upper right is already checked for
reference page numbering, you will have to uncheck for both even and odd page
numbering before you can choose upper right for page numbering. You will also
have to check both Page Numbering for Even Pages and Page Numbering for Odd
Pages if you want the page number to emboss on all pages.
I hope this helps.

Debbie,
I found the options you refer to in the document menu.
Using the UEB basic template, I don’t get the option to place the page number
in the upper right which is where I’m used to seeing it. This is no big deal,
as I’m just happy it’s at the top, but wondering why Upper right is not
available.
Many thanks,
David.

Good Morning David,
I think you just need to update your page numbering settings which are found in
the Document dropdown list. My Duxbury defaults to print page numbers at the
top and running page numbers at the bottom.
Good luck!

Hi,
I don’t do much embossing, generally it’s for personal use, or I occasionally
get asked to emboss a document for an individual or organization.
The problem is that page numbers are appearing at the bottom of the page,
rather than at the top.
If anyone has the time or patience, can you tell me how best to get Duxbury and
my Basic S to play nicely together.
I’m using DBT 12.1, and it’s an older Basic S, but any help you can give would
be great.
Someone told me a golden rule once concerning setting up DBT with an embosser,
but I’ve forgotten what it was.
Thanks,
David.
