David,
You were probably using the English BANA PreUEB Litterary format
template in the past.
To set this again do the following.
1. After opening DBT, hit control-n to create a new file.
2. tab once to the template field.
3. use your up arrow around 6 dimes rughfully to get to the English
PreUEB Litterary format template.
4. Tab once to the button that says mark template as default and hit the
space bar.
5. Hit the escape key to cancel.
The setting will stick from now on and that template will be chosen by
default.
Of course you can still choose any template you want.
This template puts braille page numbers on the top righthand corner.

Good Morning David,--
I think you just need to update your page numbering settings which are found in the Document dropdown list. My Duxbury defaults to print page numbers at the top and running page numbers at the bottom.
Good luck!

Hi,
I don’t do much embossing, generally it’s for personal use, or I
occasionally get asked to emboss a document for an individual or
organization.
The problem is that page numbers are appearing at the bottom of
the page, rather than at the top.
If anyone has the time or patience, can you tell me how best to
get Duxbury and my Basic S to play nicely together.
I’m using DBT 12.1, and it’s an older Basic S, but any help you
can give would be great.
Someone told me a golden rule once concerning setting up DBT with
an embosser, but I’ve forgotten what it was.
Thanks,
David.
