This is something I'm having to do quite a bit of right now. I haven't found a "clean" way to do it, and I don't think there is one. The best seems to be to save the .dxp version as .prf (Windows ANSI). Then you are facing a whole lot of formatting when you open the .prf in Word. Sorry I couldn't send good news.
