Aloha Betsy,

As I don't use BANA but the UK Braille Code is this reference of any use
or not (apologies if I have wasted your time).

Subject: [duxuser] Correct translation of word

Aloha listers,
I have a word that has a tilde before it, so it looks like this:
~word

When I translate the document, it looks like this:

tilde dots 4,5 w

The tilde is being used to denote that certain words or numbers in a
document have a specific meaning, much as if you used something like an
asterisk or put the word in italics or bold.
to show that the number in a column has increased significantly.
What is the correct braille for this?
TIA, Betsy
