[duxuser] Braille Menus?

I would like to learn how to create great Braille Menus. I am using Duxbury
and the Blazer printer. I a trying to make it as low cost as possible, I am
with the Salem Commission on Disabilities here in Salem, MA. and thought, if
Ican create these menus, I could make it available to all of the local
restaurants. The problem is like any restaurant that prices and menus change
too often. Anyway, my question is, how can I learn to translate correctly
such as table of contents, and to make sure everything lines up okay.
