Rick, congratulations on achieving your goal. My understanding is that going
uphill is really good for your thighs, etc. but going downhill is really hard
on your knees. How are they holding up?

Congratulations Rick
I'm just recovering from COVID so my broken leg rehab was put on hold.
I will be back at it soon. You are an inspiration.

Subject: My Goal
In 2020, while recovering from my knee replacement operation, at 75 years old ,
I made it my goal to walk from home to the Goose Spit steps, go up and down
them 3 times, doing 20 push-ups each time at the bottom. Two years later I
have now done this walk enough times that I have accomplished this goal. One
picture is the top of the steps and the other picture is the bottom. It does
help when you try something while in a beautiful environment.
Total works out to... 975 steps, 207-meter elevation gain, 60 push-ups, and
total walking distance of 7.34 km.
