Hi Patricia, I would say without a doubt the DVD I got at http://www.realescuela.org/ing/home.htm is about the best explanation of driving history that I have seen. While I was lucky enough to go to Jerez de la Frontera in Spain, see their marvelous carriage museum, watch the carriage driving video live, their marvelous 3D video of their horses and see a performance, you can purchase the DVD via the Internet. Go to their online store. Select the carriage museum DVD. Wish you were close enough to come for a visit and watch the DVD. To me, it is a visual "Cliffe notes" of carriage driving. Does anyone know of a site or a good book that I can get a 'history' of carriage driving from?. YES, I could get out ALL my driving books & magazines, and READ them all and make a report, but I'm feeling VERY LAZY (hey at least I'm HONEST...). anyone have one already made up and be willing to share?? I've been asked to teach a weekend extension class at Pierce College in So. Calif.. I just need a 'Cliff's notes' version of carriage driving history. THANKS!!
