I would suggest that you check out the website for Horse Council BC, their
bookstore is very good, and so are their prices (CDN too!)
http://www.horsecouncilbcsite.com/ If you are looking for a particular book,
I would email them, they often have books that aren't listed.
My favourites are Doris Ganton's "Breaking and Training the Driving Horse",
has a decent section on harness, Heike Bean's "Carriage Driving, a Logical
Approach Through Dressage Training" and Max Pape's "The Art of Driving".
