Please read carefully:
I know it is very tempting to reply to the sensationalist writing our community
has fallen victim to in Joe Hyde's online website. (I won't justify it by
calling it a "news" anything) However, to do so would be playing into their
hands. It has been obvious from the first article, they are writing in favor
of the Boot Camp and are trying to stir up public emotion to boost their
readership. We also already know, and have confirmed thanks to his writings,
that there has been information leaked to the Pilgrim's throughout this time
with the intention of helping them move forward and be able to counter DCSOA
plans to stop the unauthorized operation of their business. Anything we put
out could be used against us and end up helping the Pilgrim's. Even if we only
reply with facts. We have no control over that publication, what they choose
to print, and how they choose to slant it.
We need to ignore everything Hyde prints. If no one feeds it, it will die. If
things do continue and get bad enough we can look at it again, and respond
only with the advise of legal counsel. We must not do anything that could work
against us.
Also, since this has gone to attorneys, everyone must be extra careful in what
they say. Anything that is put out via text, email, facebook, etc. could end
up being subpoenaed and used in court. We certainly would not want something
we commented on to end up unintentionally hurting us. And...everyone on our
community facebook page may not be on the same side we are...
I would ask that you continue to trust the committee that was put in place at
Theresa's home the night we all first met together. We are working daily to
see this through to the end we all desire.
There is a lot of information that will be coming out at the Board meeting next
Wednesday. Also, it is looking like it is going to take some careful
maneuvering to obtain the removals we all believe need to happen. As hard as
it is to comprehend, not everyone that could make those removals happen finds
it necessary. New Board members could end up working for us or against us.
Lets all stay close together on this and be careful what we say outside of
those we know we can trust.
