committee to answer. They are below.

June 21, 2017
1. Did the Pilgrims, or anyone associated with them and/or their
ministerial business contact and/or meet with any of you prior to the purchase
of their property?
2. If they did contact and/or meet with any of you prior to the
purchase of their property:
How many times did this occur:
in what manner did it occur:
and what were the dates you met?
4. What was discussed at each contact?
3. Prior to the purchase of the property:
a. What plans were presented?
b. In what manner were they presented?
4. Since they purchased the property,
a. when were times the Pilgrim’s, or anyone representing the
Pilgrims, contacted any of you
b. was it in person or by phone,
c. did they come to actual meetings or was it informal interactions?
5. What was discussed at subsequent contacts?
6. Since the purchase of the property, what exactly has been presented,
in any manner, to this ACC, either as a whole or as individuals?
7. We want to see copies of everything that has been given to the ACC?
8. Did Kirk Palmer and/or Angie Roberts. in any manner and at any time,
deliver any
documents to Lee and Lisa Campbell from the Pilgrim’s or anyone
representing the
Pilgrims?
9. What exactly was discussed, relating to the Pilgrims, at the
February 2016 ACC meeting where the Pilgrim’s and members of their ministerial
business were present?
10. Where are written notes as to what was discussed?
11. If business regarding the Pilgrim’s at the ACC meeting was all verbal
discussion, why
are there no detailed notes as to what they requested or inquired
about, and what the
response of the ACC was?
12. Where are any documents that were presented to any part or whole of
the ACC in
February 2016?
