As most of you know the ACC meeting was last night. The meeting was held in
the board room which does not house many people. The ACC also had an attorney
present. His name is Jason Skinner.
The committee was open to receiving written complaints and those were given to
the attorney. The committee did not open or look at any of the complaints
received. Several homeowners tried to come in the meeting and were told they
could not come in. The committee was not up to answering any questions.
The homeowners committee did present the attorney the set of questions we
wanted answered. The ACC committee was instructed to each answer the questions
and get the answers to him by Friday. The gate at the Bishop St Boot Camp was
not approved. The Bishop St Boot Camp was sent a letter that advised them that
none of their plans had been approved.
Their attorney will meet with the attorney some of the homeowners have hired
today. They are going to hopefully come up with a solution. They will
together get a letter out to ALL the homeowners in the community. Hopefully
the questions we turned over to them will also be answered.
In the meantime, we need to stay diligent. The next Dove Creek Board meeting
is Wednesday, July 5th. We need to all show up for that meeting. We need to
always be aware of what is going on in our community. We still have a lot of
work to do to insure we do not run into this problem again.
