Hi Myron,
About 2 years ago, I installed an ssl certicifcate using Lets Encrypt.
Now the transaction between client and remote fails at the SSL 443 port
So it used to work, but stopped? LetsEncrypt recently changed
something in how their cert is signed [1], your client side may need
an update for its trust chain.
