[dokuwiki] shibboleth authentication plugin

hi,
few months ago we developped shibbolethauth plugin for shibboleth
authentication, authorization, for interfacing Dokuwiki with Sympa
mailing list server.
And we forgot to publish it on Dokuwiki web site ! O:-)
