[dokuwiki] rss and dokuwiki cache

Hello list,
how can I configure a special cache time for the {{rss>...}} syntax ?
I know how to use the nocache tag in syntax plugins, but I don't know
where to change cause {{rss>..}} is not a special lib/plugin.
If I include rss feeds in my website the site is currently only
changed when the $conf['cachetime'] matches.
