This is my point of view as well; users can see how the content is
organized, and I think by now most users know about the 'back' button ;)
My personal preference would be for a config option to choose between
the hierarchal and temporal breadcrumbs.

From a documentation perspective (what we use a wiki for) hierarchical
breadcrumbs make much more sense. From a user's perspective I believe
it makes sense too as they help the user understand how the content is
organized.

 The current bread crumbs are the same as your history which anybody
can access easily from the browser's tool bar.

It would be great if this would be a config option to choose. So we
could select either.
