I realized that PhpMathPublisher has some problems with non-english texts.
The reason is that the included fonts don't have all needed characters. The
fonf FreeSerif is a sufficient utf-8 font but it is only used for some special
characters and not for all generic text.

I fixed the problem and added the font FreeSerifItalic.ttf to the
package. The patch is quite large due to the fonts (900Kb, darcs
doesn't cope with binary files very well) so I send it directly to you
as PM and don't bother the list with it.
