I was wondering if we could add FS#2213

Especially removing the anchor from headlines and substituting acronym with
abbr are very easy to do.
Since this is not a bug and we're in Feature Freeze already, I'd say no.
You could argue that it's a bug in HTML5 (and XHTML Strict). ;-)
But I'm fine with postponing it if no-one else feels strongly about it?
