this one is for your log-files, not for DokuWiki. Even though a
count-downloads-plugin could be made... Maybe make a request on the
plugin-page about this...? Extending the syntax e.g.like this:
[[count>filename.zip|Download this file here]] with the output:
"_Download this file here_ - downloaded XY times" maybe with a smaller
font...
