Merci Yoboy after some discussion with Yoboy, we discovered that I installed dokuwiki by Debian package installer. and many files are not in same place that others way to install dokuwiki. On debian, mime.conf is located inside /etc/dokuwiki/ https://packages.debian.org/wheezy/all/dokuwiki/filelist many thanks to Guillaume and John also
