[dokuwiki] Patch for updated search function

Her <<search_update_exclude_namespace_option.gz>> e's a patch that adds
the option to exclude namespaces from searches, by preceding them with
"^".
Also changes the handling of search parameters to allow any order of
words and namespaces.
Never used darcs before, the changes are less than 30 lines of code, but
the patch is 400 kB ...
