[dokuwiki] [Patch] FULLTEXT_SNIPPET event

Hi,
this patch adds a FULLTEXT_SNIPPET event before processing the snippets presented in search results. It is useful for plugins that want to filter text before presentation e.g.
http://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:searchtext
Maybe the event could be designed so it gives access to $highlight and with a possibility to replace the snippet but I choose just to add it as suggested by Todd Augsburger. At least his plugin will be easier to install ;-)
