Same problem here, same platform (FreeBSD 5 and Apache 2), when a
page is loaded I get a PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare
init_paths(). Pages have started to fail two or three days ago.
Sometimes apache itself does no longer answer to requests. After an
apache restart the page displays ok, and if I reload once in the
browser, the problem is back (page empty, PHP Fatal error in the
logs).
It worked before I portupgraded to php 4.4.1_1. Which version have
you?
