[dokuwiki] Folding text & plugin

I would like to have some folding text on a page, defaulting to folded. A
search revealed
http://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:inline_folding
the page has not been updated in 4 years, it does not include a nice install
unfortunately.

Is anyone using it?
