[dokuwiki] Devel overview

All you familiar with the core, please help
I've written a little overview page describing how the core serves a
page request. It's
aimed at people familiar with PHP and programming but not with DokuWiki and
should help them find the major outline of the code and in which file to look.
Can you give it a quick glance if I missed something important and if it's
possible to understand for anyone else but me.
