Unfortunately, that is expected. DirectMusic support in HTML+TIME was
removed in IE6 for security reasons, since the DirectMusic file format
is complex and has the potential for malformed content attacks (navigate
to web page X with malicious embedded DirectMusic content and IE
crashes).

Since installing IE6 SP1 the browser will no longer play DirectMusic
files (sgt). This sample doesnot work on my two PC's with IE version
1106 with XPsp1 installed.

Otherwise DIrectmusic playback from the SDK kit works okay, only in the
browsers with HTML+TIME there is no playback.
