[delphizip] Version incompatibility

I have an app using Unzdll, compiled in Delphi 5, running on two NT boxes.
One box, the unzip process completes successfully, on the other box it doesn't.
I have tried putting the DLL in both the WinNT\System32 and local (same folder
as app) folders - does not work.
What other setup steps do I need to do to make the unzip work?
