Try http://andrelouis.com/dectalk or its unofficial mirror accessible via either http or ftp at jaybird.no-ip.info/dectalk. There's a =text directory containing many text files. Some have .txt extensions and others have .dec extensions. Last week I wrote a program called Playdec which can be used to open up files with .dec extensions in the Dectalk demo software automatically.
