Try http://andrelouis.com/dectalk or its unofficial mirror accessible via
either http or ftp at jaybird.no-ip.info/dectalk.  There's a =text directory
containing many text files.  Some have .txt extensions and others have .dec
extensions.  Last week I wrote a program called Playdec which can be used to
open up files with .dec extensions in the Dectalk demo software
automatically.  Let me know if you'd like more info about it, or consult the
list archives.  Hope this helps!
