Hi Bill: great! I didn't know that. I Spoke to Brian Smart, he called me but 
didn't indicate the support. Yes I did purchase my Sonar, CT and JAWS from 
Dancing Dots. I'm running JAWS 11, Sonar 8.5.3 and CT 8.5.

  Hi Rui, I spoke with the tech support of Native Instruments and it seems 
according to the agent I spoke to my program is some how choosing offline 
activation but, it is saying online registration. I received a username and 
password for logging into my account and into the service center but when I hit 
enter on service center I don't see any log-in tab like the agent said I should 
see. On the website: it said that offline activation was much harder than 
online activation and that is no lie, I'm giving up on it for now I have spent 
days trying to get this plug-in activated. Robert.
