Hi, Robert,

As a service to any customer who orders a Native Instruments product from us
at Dancing Dots, we will connect via JAWS Tandem or GoToMeeting and help you
to complete registration. I don't know if you ordered that product from us
but I would be happy to help you get it registered. Contact Mary Pat
Reuther of Dancing Dots and she or someone here will help you get it done if
we possibly can.

Subject: [ddots-l] still not out of the woods with activation of Native
instruments

Hi Rui, I spoke with the tech support of Native Instruments and it seems
according to the agent I spoke to my program is some how choosing offline
activation but, it is saying online registration. I received a username and
password for logging into my account and into the service center but when I
hit enter on service center I don't see any log-in tab like the agent said I
should see. On the website: it said that offline activation was much harder
than online activation and that is no lie, I'm giving up on it for now I
have spent days trying to get this plug-in activated. Robert.
