ENable loading of normal templates in the audio options tab in the options menu.

Okay, I've installed sonar 5.2, and ct 5.2, and now, when i open sonar up, i
can't use the arow keys. It tells me that no project has been loaded. So, when
I open up an already existing file that I've composed with sonar 4, it won't
move up and down through the tracks, and left and right don't work.
Any ideas?
