OK, then it sounds like it's time to send debug reports and screen shots.
See the "Setup" folder in the  "CakeTalking 7 for Sonar 7" folder which
should be installed under you're my Documents folder.  See the following two
files for detailed instructions:

CreatingADebugReport.rtf     
And
TakeAPicture.rtf
