Yes, John called me earlier and I directed him to call Cakewalk support as Dancing Dots has no control over the registration process for SONAR. I want to publicly state that John is a customer in good standing with Dancing Dots and that we did ship him his own, brand-new unit of the SONAR upgrade. There must be some glitch in Cakewalk's system.
