Hello:
Yes, you can export to .omf in Sonar.  Make sure you select omf type 2, and 
make sure you include the wav data in the omf file.  The omf file will be 
quite large, so you'll probably need to burn it onto a CD or even a DVD, 
depending on the size of the project.

I have a project that someone wants to work in another studio. They use a 
format I don't know about called omf files.

Is it possible to convert a sonar file to that kind of file and how if it's 
possible.
